Yes. If you do both A9 and Bb9, that will be a shared section. I don't know which is P1, i would guess A9 is P1. |

When I do the alternating part so the game can score each phrase, I sometimes come across other lines, I don't know what they are. (And yes, I'm alternating on B flat and A) _________________

Come across other lines? I'm not sure what you mean, can you be more specific? |

You said in the guide to alternate between B Flat and A, and I am doing so, but in the image above, some lines are on the A. _________________

Make sure that you are alternating your phrase markers on A9 and Bb9. From the screen shot, it looks like you are on A6. Any notes that are above B8 (or B7 for RB1/tp's) will not be understood as vocal notes. If those notes are on the 6th octave, then put your phrase markers on A9/Bb9 otherwise, if those notes are on A9, either delete them if they have no musical use or slide them down to the correct octave. |

So, these "9"s mean the 9th octave, which can be found by using the octave guide in the top right corner? So basically, I just alternate two bars between A9 and BFlat 9?
Sorry for the bother.. but I'm a complete newb at getting vocals in the chart. _________________

Yep, those are the 9th octaves (they are right below the C9 value). Just go to the lower left corner and click "add sounds" to increase the number of octaves on the chart. Throw all your phrase markers on those 2 notes, alternate as you please and everything should work. |

I've been using feedback for months...and so far the only known issue yet...is random glitching.
Ex:
I'm charting Octavarium on drums...but every time I get to about 17:39 and just go over it...the program has to close...it's hard to finish the chart when that one area's blank
anyway I can get around this problem? |

I'm not sure. Go to the guitar hero side of scorehero and look for the feedback topic. In there you can look through posts and/or ask Turkeyman (creator of feedback) how to fix this problem. |

This looks simply fantastic, can't wait to try it once I get paid. Although, if someone can answer me this, I can get started on charting asap.
I've done GH2 customs before, so I know pretty much what I'm doing (eh), but I've never liked feedback, and have always used Guitar Pro 5. It's more familiar to me, and skips a bunch of unnecessary steps, but I need to know what notes correspond to each color and overdrive. Is it the same as GH2?
Also, in using GP5, the Guitar/Bass/Drum/Vox should all be tracks in one midi file, right? Or should they be 4 seperate files?
If anyone can help me out, it'd be greatly appreciated. _________________

It's one file and guitar is charted the same. Drums are slightly different (see the OP for info on that). _________________
