This is an unofficial league. Nobody from ScoreHero has endorsed or sanctioned this league. With over 120 sign-ups, it's probably the closest we'll get to an official league for the time being.

Well this is interesting, I hope it goes out well, since a lot of people in the Rivalry forums have a tendency to forget and/or not submit scores

Also, I think that, in order to please more people and to get more people to join, you should have leagues for each game, and one that spans all games and DLC. That is my suggestion (seeing as I'm one of those unlucky poor people right now, and no, I'd say there is no difference between PS2 and poor :P).

I'll join for drums. Personally, I think having DLC&on-disk songs each week is a great idea, but then I am a DLC whore.

I'll do expert bass and vocals.

I guess I'll have an incentive to get to be decent at vocals. Hopefully you won't pick much DLC that I don't have (on Wii, I have the 20 free songs and like 10 others, but I'll end up buying a lot anyway you'll just force it to be in a certain order)

Nice initiative, blingdomepiece!

I'd like to join in, but I'm one of those "poor people" and would already be at a handicap. It sounds like this is a complete Rock Band series league, too. Is there any intention of running game-specific leagues down the road? If not, I might consider looking into an RB2 league when this one is finished.

I should have been more clear. This is for RB2, with some DLC (probably about 5-6 songs prior to playoffs). The 20 free songs will definitely factor in since they make up 20% of the Wii DLC. A lot of the other stuff that has been released on Wii is fairly common, e.g. Boston, Rush, Metallica, etc., so I think it shouldn't be too much of a barrier. I'm not planning to include any RB1 songs since I don't want to assume people have bought the import key.

And I do feel bad for anyone who can't take part, but the problem with trying to have a division for everyone is that you end up with too many divisions and it dilutes things too much. Maybe I could make one of the divisions (bass?) free-DLC only. We'll see.

About lower tier songs, I figured the problem with including songs that everyone can FC is that then it really does become about the squeeze, whereas if the songs are tougher, the squeezes have less impact.

Sign me up for vox and drums =). Also I am looking to put a full band together assuming there are at least 2 or 3 other bands competing. I doubt my band will go quite as hard at this as we did in SH leagues sadly, but I still would love to do it.
