I'm pretty sure the bass solo in Paper is shorter than 9 seconds, if we're counting RBN.
Just checked, it's 5 seconds.

AFAIK Indulgence is the longest drum solo, clocking in at 1m11s.
If 6 Was 9 is 40 seconds. I can't think of much that tops either of those.
BYC would be the shortest again.

Actually, the drum solo at the beginning of Africa is 1:19. Slightly longer, but not much.

I can't remember any solo (at least for drums) which is longer
as for bass and guitar I really have no idea lol |

1:55 to be exact...Also, an FYI for Cold As Ice standard keys, the intro isn't charted as a solo.

Just noting you forgot Caravan's which are about 18 and 15 seconds respectively
