How exactly do you increase your "rank"

Also, along with what inv4der said, keep note that its important to not spam updates onto your accomplishments thread too much. Once or sometimes twice a day seems about right.

I say it depends on how important your accomplishments are. If you can take a song off the Un-FCd list every 2 hours, go ahead and update. If you're racking up medium vocal FCs, do it in batches.
I update mine like every 6 months
