But don't be a postwhore, or you'll get set to Rocker (the first rank) permanently. It's more about quality then quantity. (says the number four poster for the site >__>)
In any case, try to be helpful or intelligent, don't troll, and you're good to go.
As a side note, I got to where I am without a single ban, and spent only 15 posts with the rocker banner, so if you're a good member of the community it's easy enough to get to Freebird or higher. (those 15 were the first ten, and then another five at 5000-5004, which is automatic) |

Also, along with what inv4der said, keep note that its important to not spam updates onto your accomplishments thread too much. Once or sometimes twice a day seems about right. |

Even twice a day may be pushing it.
