List of RB cutscenes and how to unlock them

I don't have one yet, but I'm curious, because I'm missing 2. One I'm assuming happens when I finish the final Road Challenge, but the other is a mystery.

The list so far:
(?) means I'm pulling the name from memory, so could be wrong. I'm also not 100% sure on the order here.

Humble Beginnings: Swingin' Utters - "This Bastard's Life" - Complete "Best. Name. Ever." goal (Rename your band)
Getting Paid: Echo & the Bunnymen - "The Killing Moon" - Complete "A Real Live Band!" goal (Play a song locally with more than 1 person)
Got Wheels!: The Vines - "Get Free" - Unlocked when you get a Van (First level of fans unlocked).
Rooftop VIPs: Jane's Addiction - "Been Caught Stealing" - Unlocked when you get a bus (2nd level of Fans unlocked).
Festival Headliners: Spacehog - "In the Meantime" - Unlocked by starting the last Bus challenge venue in the outdoor stadium. The last plane challenge venue my do this as well.
Big in Japan: Them Crooked Vultures - "Dead End Friends"
- Unlocked when you get an Airplane (3rd level of fans unlocked)
The End?: Metric - "Combat Baby" - Finish the last road challenge

I think we got everything now.

The second and last ones are for playing as a two part local band and finishing the tenth tour challenge, respectively.

EDIT: They're more like cutscenes, I've never seen "visionett" before. Also, you may want to note what song plays in each one.

Thread desperately needs a title change to correct the spelling on "vignettes".

You get to these by navigating "Customize > Customize Band > Band History", by the way, in the event that someone might have been floating lost like I was for a little bit trying to remember.

Title of vignette, followed by artist/song that plays in the background:

From what I can gather, Getting Paid is unlocked when if you get less than gold on the first Road Challenge, or that's how I got it at least, so that would explain why you're missing it.
