Strike has the only FC of Bass and has FCed Chorus 2A on drums so he's technically closest.

well, bendover FCed drums and guitar on visions.
i'm not sure if he's done vocals yet, but that could be taken care of in 3 minutes.
i think he's capable of the bass fc if he were motivated to grind for it, but of the two i think strike is more actively working on it.
strike said he'll bootleg the drum fc if he has to.

New Race: Who Will OMBFC Visions first? Strike on Drums or Bendover on Bass? (this is assuming that they both have vocals FCed already, since they both have Guitar FCed as well as Bass and Drums, respectively)

That was actually the easier of the two bridge sections, IMO anyways.
