08/14: I don't think I'm going on vacation anymore, unless something spontaneous happens again. No new goals until I can think of some, or until specific songs are suggested to me.

About the Weekly Drum Challenge Rivalry
Master-Tesuch wrote: | This rivalry is for is getting players of similar skill level together to work on challenges based on our skill level. The challenges will be different in focus, so hopefully it will let us get better at several of the different aspects of competitive drumming. The challenges will be ongoing, by the way, so we'll just have more and more challenges going as time goes on; just because we got a new challenge this week doesn't mean you have to complete it by next week. We might have 25 challenges at once, and who ever has completed the most of them will be winning the Rivalry. This is gonna be tons of fun, I can tell.
SIGN UPS ARE ALWAYS OPEN!!! If you want to join, just leave a comment saying that you want to join, and which division you would like to be in. Because the goals are ongoing, you will be able to work on any of the goals of your division since the rivalry started. You will start with zero of them accomplished, of course, and to keep it even, you'll need to re-do any of the goals which you already did before you joined the rivalry. I'm sorry for the extra work, but it's to keep the race fair, and it will make you a more consistent drummer anyway.
The format of this is simple, of course, and there are no time limits, so that removes the pressure of "I have to get a decent run of SttP by Thursdays night for the Rivalry Deadline", and it allows people to work at their own pace, when they have time.
Well, I think that I've explained everything, so just leave a comment if you want to join or if you have ideas for future goals (send them to uSound in a message, he'll probably use them). I hope you guys do join, because this is a sweet rivalry, and lots of fun when you get into it!
Please note: If you're interested in joining, all goals that you've already done before you joined the rivalry must be redone for them to count in your Goal Total. |

Yeah, signing up for two levels shouldn't be a problem, especially when I get the spreadsheet set up, it'll be easy to update.
I'm glad people are coming back though! I've noted everyone so far.
Clean sweep is on the 18th! |

I'm still in for sure, thanks for getting this going again Kevin! The only thing I got during the dormant period is a GGaHT pass (with a GS just cause xP), so that puts me at 10 Level C goals.
Are we still requiring picture proof for this? I find it kind of tedious and not really necessary, especially for the lower levels. =/ _________________

Still helps, I guess.
Also, ask Tesuch for him to PM the goals PM I sent him. I gave a LOT of goals to use, so I think you ought to ask him for it.
As for me...I'll get to it. _________________

I'm still in, and I'd like to be added to Level A too now because those goals are starting to look possible. _________________
