Weird thing is I don't find the bass 'solo' hard at all once you look at it and see what to do...I find that little part at the end of chorus 2 right before the chords harder lol...the little part where It's green to red/yellow/blue hopos then the YO chord...

I'm not gonna lie, my focus is heavier on the DJ Hero league than this one. I just found out that I don't have a suitable guitar for squeezing purposes.
That said, my one working good guitar is the split-strum p-bass, so this gives me the perfect excuse to get that Floor Pedal Overdrive activator I saw in Gamestop the other day.

I'm almost willing to bet the divisions will end up as 'people who FC No One Knows' and 'people who don't'. Perhaps not exactly but it'll probably be a good measure.
Hint: I am never FCing that song.

Next time just use the report score feature, the score will get removed much faster that way.
Also, I'm not sure if I'll be able to continue in this league because I might just have a fractured finger. Of course I'll try my hardest to do well and participate, but healing injuries comes before rock band any day. For those who care, I'm going in for an x-ray tomorrow afternoon so they can confirm the problem and than as a result probably tell me that I can't do anything but rest it for a seemingly excessive amount of time (doesn't that always happen). It really sucks because I've been looking forward to this league for a while, and really was hoping to do well in it (despite a broken whammy bar). I guess not too many people will care or notice if I leave the league anyways.  Even if I leave this league, you can still expect to see some leaderboard competition from me in the future.
Oh well, we'll see how this goes over.

Mostly from uh.. it's like a gallop, but only two notes? They seem to be a lot more common for bass. I find them harder than gallops, but I'm improving.
Also, people are talking about scores being entered, how do you view them? I wanna see what I'm up against. :P |

for the time being,you cant, that is the whole point of hiding them, so you cant see what you are up against <Snip>

Well, I for one found the first three songs (Power of Love, Hardest Button to Button, and Walk of Life) to be quite easy. While I won't be outsqueezing anyone for the top few places, I feel that my scores will be fairly competitive. However, No One Knows absolutely destroys me as I cannot hold a combo to save my life on Expert. The best that I managed to do was get about 60% of my hard FC score when playing on expert. Therefore, I submitted my score for hard, and it is going to be way way low on the list when the results are tallied. That brings up an interesting question: are we scored for points by song, or a cumulative total for the week? If it is by song, I might have a shot in this league, if its cumulative, well I guess I will shoot for personal bests. Whatever your status, good luck to all, I look forward to seeing the results when they are posted.

You get points for every song, based on how high you're ranked for that song, with first place getting 100 pts. Further from first place, the less points you obviously get.
The points that you get from the four songs are added to each other and that will determine where you stand in the league.
So getting 1 bad score out of 3, shouldn't hurt your chances too much. |
