Summer is officially over for me. I didn't get to play as much as I would've liked over the summer. Because of that I didn't complete any of my goals, came close with Guitar, Bass and Drums. I now have a new goal to FC every song I own, on all intruments. It may seem like it is way out of my skill level, and it is, but without something to strive for whats the point of playing. I could do it in a day or never, but it's gonna be fun. I own GH2, GH3, GH:WT, GH:M, GH:OT, GH:OTD and Rockband 2, my birthday is in a few days and I'll finally be able to get DLC because I'll get past the stupid child settings that I've had on my account for the past 5 years. I'll probably be getting GH:SH, GH5, RB:B and Rockband 1, soon. So I'll have alot of work ahead of me.

Im in shock that you have almost FCed half the game on Guitar but have NO POSTS!
Nice job on Go Your Own Way OMB, I cant FC the drums.
Faulty WT Drums FTL!

Good luck with your summer goals. I'm sure you could get them if you stick to them and put the time into them.
Also, I'm going for Give It Away guitar too. That song gets annoying to play but I'm sure you will get it with time. I haven't got past the solo with an FC yet but I fear that I will choke around the same part you did. If you can get that far with an FC it just comes down to how dedicated you are to getting the FC. Good luck.
Edit: I forgot to congratulate you on your Middle guitar and drum FCs. Those seem like they would be annoying to get but congrats on getting them.

One Step Closer OMB, only took an hour to get Bass, Drums and Vocals. Also getting annoyed with DWtS and The Feeling, so many chokes in the last part on both songs.
@Coblackwell: Thanks again, The middle on guitar was really annoying always fucked up a different part of the solo. Hopefully you can get the solo and not choke, I don't know about you, but it killed my motivation to play that song.

First of all, congrats on the One Step Closer OMBFC.
Also, keep up your efforts on DWTS and The Feeling. Don't get demotivated(word?) by the chokes and stuff. Just think about how much better it will feel when you finally FC it. I'm sure you are capable of them, so just keep up the good work. And if you get really stuck/tired of a song then work towards some of your other goals and come back to it later, because working towards other stuff will make you better and let you forgot about bad times/chokes.
Good luck with whatever you choose to do.

@ Coblackwell: Thanks for the encouraging words, just not a fan of grinding songs when it feels like I'm not getting anywhere. I'll get them eventually when the time comes, until then lets hope I can get more in the mean time.
Knocked out some moderately difficult Guitar songs, Psycho Killer the strumming was a bitch but then I got pretty consistent after about 10 minutes of practice, 3 tries later I got it. Also got 2 annoying trill songs, Man in the Box and Feel the Pain, the trill for MitB just clicked for some reason and I FC it every attempt, a few chokes on that weird GRB part and I FCed it. Finally figured out that I'm a dumbass and stopped trying to hit the trill with my pinky, a few attempts in practice and got it first try, so I'm pretty excited about that. Also choked on GiA again, but I'm at the point where I can hit the solo everytime, it's just a matter of time before I hit those chords at the end.
Won't be able to play tomorrow because it's my graduation, feels nice to be done . So I guess tonight was very productive to make up for the lack of a day.

First time I've gotten a decent amount of time to play some rockband in like a week.
Finally got DWtS and EotT on guitar, both of these should've been FCed back in june but they, get frustrating me when I kept missing in stupid stops. Oh well, feels nice to finally get them. I also choked on AJGW, AC and GiA, for the millionth time I might add, probably gonna get those next but who knows they're annoying, especially AJGW. Not much activity drums wise. Only managed to get MOWE, but a few chokes on FtP, it is fun to play so I'll probably grind that out next.

Got DwtS on drums after only two tries. So I was pretty excited about that. thought I'd take my good fortune and proceeded to choke on DwtS vocals several times and about 100 -1s on FtP drums. FC of those soon maybe.

Pretty good day, I say. Started with getting AC on my second try, missed in the last roll on my SR. Then got it in guitar as well on my first try of the day. Also got UC on my second try of the day, and finally decided to play The trees (VE) and fix my -1. Took a few tries but got the solo, and didn't choke after thankfully. Choked in the solo of AE, I always hit it, and got all the rapid strumming for the first time. I'm getting consistent at it so FC of that soon. Also GiA is really annoying, so many misses in those final chords its retarded.
I also wish I didn't suck at Vocals so much or else I'd have the AC and DwtS OMB

Another good day, although it was mostly easy stuff. Got EotT on the first try of the day, I kept missing that one RRBBBR part for some reason. Also got IWW on my SR, not hard but still not bad for a SR and considering I'm not all that great at drums. Kept the hot streak going with AWYWI FC, finally didn't miss in stupid spots like all of yesterday, and finished off with a PIU FC, choked in the last bass part at the end then got it 2nd try.
Also I still suck at vocals. So many OMBs held back by my inability to hit pitches.

Slow Day, after A million misses in Our truth, I got frustrated with guitar and decided to start on Bass, got 11 Bass FCs, all but Charlene(lol fail squeezes), on SR. They were all easy FCs just going down the list and ones I had Drum FCs for. After I got bored with Bass, I tried to get some Vocals for some OMB FCs. Still fail at them and a million chokes on Hello There and The Middle. Did manage to get Charlene so atleast it wasn't a total waste of time.
Also 4th place on The Middle SR for bass so that was nice.
