The author of this breakdown project's original thread seems to no longer have an existing account on the forum, and their account's deletion resulted in the thread being deleted. Despite this, I was able to recover the contents of the final list. For the sake of keeping a crowd-sourced resource such as this available to other players, I am reposting the finalized list as a new thread. Everything below is verbatim from the original thread. -- Puppet

* The ranking for this song could be lowered significantly if the player uses PAL 50 instead of NTSC (or PAL 60). When RB2 is played under a PAL 50 encoding system, the "strum-limit" phenomena is generally more lax than in a NTSC (or PAL 60) system. Therefore, songs that feature strumming sections that approach or exceed the strum limit are generally more easier to fc in PAL 50 than in NTSC (or PAL 60).

Thanks for preserving this

I forget how stacked the top ~10 songs in this game are. No stand outs like Flames or Satch Boogie, but they are all tough with a lot of variety, and the difficulty from #1 to #10 is much smaller than most games. Like maybe people would generally agree on what should be in the top 5, and 6-10, but the order is definitely going to differ between basically everyone.

Even just thinking about this for a few minutes, I thought "Let there be Rock barely in the top 10?!?", but then going through the rest I remembered how they all have parts that suck, and I can see myself fitting it somewhere different on a day to day basis
