The duo of Rhian Teasdale and Hester Chambers met while attending university and went on to form Wet Leg in 2019. Still on the Billboard charts several months after release, Chaise Longue is an infectious tune whose lyrics were, coincidentally, written on a chaise longue in Chambers flat. Its one of the highlights from the bands debut album, Wet Leg, releasing on April 8th. Fun for all instruments, the song has some intricate hi-hat patterns and swelling guitars that really slam in the choruses.
