Releasing a Song Without An Xbox

Hey guys,
As a charter and fan of Rock Band, I've tracked one of their songs. Rather than simply release it as a custom (which I'd do if this fails), I'd love to get it on the Rock Band Network. Problem? I don't have an Xbox.

Does anyone know of any person, group, nay, corporation, that will simply "release" an RBA for you? I don't mind if they take cuts of the profit (I actually wouldn't mind if they kept all of the profit). The Rock Band Network, to me, isn't about monetary value, it's about exposing people to our music in a sheer hope to gain fans.

So, can anybody point me in the right direction- or, perhaps by chance- a forum member could come into private discussions with me to help me?
