Crush 40 RBN songs?

Has anyone heard anything about the Crush 40 songs that were going to be on RBN? They said something about announcing songs awhile ago but I don't think they ever did.

The_Ozone, who was charting them, ran into some legal snafus and they're either a) on the back burner or b) completely cancelled outright. Either way, don't hold your breath for the time being.

I think it was the Sonic songs that they ran into the legal trouble with. SEGA did not like them using that music for non-Sonic ventures.
