unfortunately the 10 minute limitation is a hard rule applied to all RBN tracks. There's also a 30 second minimum

Bad news for those of us hoping for a bit of You Suffer action. 
Even the Locust don't makes songs that short, so I'm not sure how many of those we'd have seen anyway. (I'm thinking Anal Cunt is a bit over the T rating. >__>)
