Ok, so I'm used to the GHII engine, as well as the GHIII one. Now I've got the big WTF....

I'd been told this system is the same as the GHII engine, no way in ****ing hell is it!

HO/PO's that I'd hit easily in GHII are royally ****ing up my scores and streaks.

What the heck is different? My only theory is that the "distance b/w note" rule is gone.

Maybe you're having trouble adjusting to the size and shape of the rectangular notes? Only thing I can think of. The timing window always has felt just a tad tighter than GH2's to me, but not enough that it should be messing you up that badly.
