well you could get a mic stand that way you can play guitar/bass and sing at the same time here's the link of what you need
http://www.gamestop.com/Catalog/ProductDetails.aspx?product_id=72107
and to play with both instrement like how you would normally play bass then plug in a normal xbox controller and your mic then volia your done

just duct tape the microphone to a vacuum cleaner. Or you can use the 360 headset, but that doesn't work too well. _________________

If you got a ceiling fan, suspend your microphone wire from the fan and sing into the mic.
Or, if you have a camera tripod, use standard house tape and stick that microphone on the top of the tripod. _________________

Since you have drum scores posted, I assume you have the drum kit. You could rig something with some tape and the drum stand poles/feet.
See this thread for other imaginative ways to rig something on the cheap:

buy some wallhooks (they're only a couple dollars) and screw one into your ceiling. Then hang the mic and so it faces up at you instead of hanging straight down rubberband the cord to the middle to top of the part. |

For extra fun, turn the fan on. _________________

To balance out the fan while spinning and add extra fun, duct tape a kitten onto the opposite end. |

What I do is hold the mic in mouth while I sing. |

Feeding the wire through the back of a baseball cap and bringing it out through the front usually works pretty well. The mic will be hanging a bit below your nose, but it works just fine. Just make sure to turn the sensitivity way up. _________________

I'm surprised no one has suggested using the xbox controller headset. It works perfectly fine. _________________
