Does anyone experience the same glitch I do with OD in this song?

I forgot where, but if I nail every OD phrase and I activate them all ASAP, there's a point right around the middle of the song where I can activate overdrive, and the very next notes are OD notes:

if I activate the OD there, i'll NOT lose my multiplier (if i remember right), but the OD notes will turn from white back to thier normal colors. Anyone else have this happen?

I haven't particularly noticed it in this song, but I have noticed it in others (notably the choruses Electric Version). It makes for some interesting pathing decisions.

Can you find the measure it happens at on my chart, please? I'd help with trying to figure out what it decides to do for when I make optimized paths. Thanks.

I have a theory but I need more information before I want to share it.

I've never seen it happen on this song, and I've nearly FC'd it (-1) using Constable's path.

happened to me to
it also happens on a lot of DLC.
for DLC I was inclined to think they were songs made before Hmx decided to let you overlap OD that didn't make the original cut. But I don't know what to think about this

I;ve only had this happen to me in Score Duel when the other guy freaked out cause and quit cause his OD disappeared. I didn't lose it or try to squeeze so I don't know why that happened...

I was just playing this song and that happened to me! I didnt break my multiplier and they turned back to normal. I dont know why it does that.
