I'm testing this out now as well, though from talking with dbv it seems like I have a different model.

GAH! I wish I had known this before I completely obliterated my kit tonight trying to fix it. Now I'm without drums for at least a few days (unless Best Buy magically gets a shipment in over the weekend).

Based on your former experiences in this thread, I think I'm going to let this go a couple days before i start messing with it myself ;)

I'm still trying to figure out how much of my misses are my fault versus the equipment, so maybe it's not necessary for me anyway.

BTW, I love your youtube videos. I liked the addition of the BP picture in picture on Outside.

maybe they should come with the penny out of the box? but that would make the price $170.03 instead of $169.99. Too much i say! Lol my yellow pad has stopped working completely tonight after i made it to the second-to-last tier on expert. I can feel a crack in the rubber pad, so I dunno if its the sensors or what. Disappointed, i decided to play guitar online. I could not take my eyes away from the drummer, who was doing horrendous on medium. I wanted so badly to play my drums. But i could not. Gaaaaah.
Gonna express it and hope they arrive a day after christmas. out of curiosity, how long does it usually take for those with past rma experiences? its 2 day air but how long does processing take? if its longer than a week i may have to do an old walmart swap.

I am sure this is asked several times before me...
But how the heck are you guys getting those drum pads off?
I pulled on mine and I see that it is connected by those little rubber thingies... but I am afraid if I pull too hard I make break the dambned things.
