EA's free game deal

Anyone see the announcement on g4 that said ea is giving one of fourteen selected games to selected users returning their strat guitar. Which included the simpsons game, tiger woods, and 12 others. Anyone else hear about it? I called in my strat after I heard, but the rep said there was no such offer and ea didnt know where the rumor started.

i think now they got the shipments going out

the free game was for making you wait so long to get your guitar
so if they got the new ones made and shipping they may no longer have to give you a gift
