Bass Pedal

Would this be a reasonable pedal to use with a relay switch?

Does is matter which bass pedal you use?

My pedal broke and I was just wondering if this could be a good fix for it.

it should work, idk why it wouldnt. i hope it would work cause thats the pedal i have on my drumset

That's the one I use with it, and the OP of that reed relay switch post got it right on the money - 4 of the little magnets taped to the underside of the pedal, and the reed relay taped about 1/2 or 3/4" above the base of the pedal. I folded up electrical tape to make the height difference correct.
