Alright this is pretty simple but it'll cost $125 (!!) which is a lot more than the stratocaster will be when they release it alone
To get a new stratocaster without buying another bundle... first you go to the RockBand support site (http://support.ea.com/rockband) ... go through the steps and say that your guitar is broken (don't say you have the wrong guitar... anything else works as long as you keep saying it doesn't work) Eventually it will say you need to replace your guitar... at this point you need to make an EA account...
Once you have created an EA account it may take you out of the RockBand support site so you may have to navigate back and restart the process...After logging in with your EA account you will enter your shipping information... Then choose 'express shipping' ... you will need to enter a credit card (this is where it will charge the $125 to)
After you complete the process you will receive the new guitar within 2-5 days... it will give you a box to return your old guitar but don't... after 28 days your credit card will be charged and you will be the proud owner of two fender stratocasters

or, for a mere $50 more you could just buy another bundle, and then put the game and Drumset and microphone on eBay and make most of that money back.

true.. but if you don't have an eBay account or don't want to go through the hassle you can just do this... |

Setting up an eBay account takes minutes, and setting up a sale on there takes mere minutes more.
Seems like a waste of a hundred (or more) bucks, but hey, if you are related to Bill Gates or Oprah Winfrey, then by all means, toss your money out the window. Power to ya.
Edited to add: Actually, just checked eBay and it seems like on there the Guitars are going for about 30-40 bucks a piece, so actually, thats probably the best way to go, I was just trying to think of a way that made sense as well as helping out folks that need the other instruments. |

Or request a guitar replacement.
Get lucky and have EA send 2 to your house with the same tracking #.
Same #, so they cant know there was 2.
Send one back and smile.
Got another in the closet sitting there for my troubles. |

Seems kinda pointless, especially for 360 owners. Why? Because on Feb 4 a Wireless Strat is being released.
