|

i have rock band and GH2/3/customs for my ps2. i tried plugging in my RB wireless guitar through my computer in my USB slot and it started working. i downloaded a PS2 emulator to see if i could play RB on the emu but it said something was missing in the emu.
if anyone knows of a good working emu, i think it might be possible to play ps2 version of RB/GH/customs, with the drums on your computer.
i jus need a good emu to try it out so if anyone knows of any or any ideas about this pls let me know |

No PS2 emulators can play Rock Band yet. You can play Guitar Hero 2 using PCSX2, but that's the only game that works 100%. Guitar Hero 1 works about 95%, and Guitar Hero 3 doesn't work aside from menus (same with Rock Band). Google is your friend as far as finding out what you need. It's not something that should be talked about here. |

Also, while PCSX2 can RUN Guitar Hero 2, it can't run it anywhere close to fast enough to be considered 'playable'. _________________

That very much depends on the specifications of your computer. _________________

This. And even an insanely awesome computer would probably still have trouble running it.
@ OP - You are aware that you need BIOS files from your ps2 to make emulators work right? |
