DPooch: "Oh, and get some more AvA plzthxguise. It Hurts has been by itself since near Rock Band came out. D:"

MOST IMPORTANT RESPONSE OF THIS ENTIRE THREAD.

Anywho I'm not a huge fan of Blink, but they have fun songs and people like em so props. Though Up All Nite is really awesome. And yay for my favorite Clash song, I just heard it on the radio not two minutes before looking at this thread xD

Was hoping for some better punk, but I might pick up "The Party Song" cause it sounds pretty fun. Wish they would give us a couple songs off Cheshire Cat.

Overrated =/= bad.

I haven't bought DLC in ages. Hell, my 360 has been turned on once in the past few months. However, I'm buying RtC as soon as I personally can.

If you are...then be prepared for a bit of a wait. I don't think we'll see the Dream Theater song for a fair while, but don't quote me on that.

Rock the Casbah is probably THE most recognizable song by The Clash. I'm actually happier to see it show up than the entire London Calling album (and not saying I didn't like London Calling, because I did).

Blink-182 pack is a bit of a surprise as well, but not unpleasant. As with so much of the DLC lately, this stuff will definitely sell.

Yyyyyyup.

Not a bad week. Don't like Stay Together For The Kids but the others are all on the 'buy-when-got-money' list.

Very true; it's just not among my favorites.

Things I didn't expect

A Blink-182 pack that isn't full of songs from their new album
A Blink-182 pack that has a non-single on it
Another song by The Clash, to go with their already massive amount of songs.

Things I don't like

Pretty much agree with all of this. I like Blink, and like these choices.

Very solid week. I pretty much felt like "Stay Together for the Kids" was the last big single of theirs we needed, although that was before Neighborhoods. But that's ok, since we got the single from there too! STFTK should be fun, I actually really am excited for "Up All Night." It's gonna be at least Nightmare tier on drums, and I have no idea how they're planning on charting the intro. As others have said too, the new album is surprisingly good. I actually would really like to see more from that album in the future, especially "Heart's All Gone (with or without the interlude), ""Natives," and "Snake Charmer." But otherwise, I'd say we can pretty much close the book on expecting more Blink in RB (not that I would be against more, new or old).

"Rock the Casbah" is good too, although realistically, I probably won't get it so I know I won't play it much. I hope it sells well for HMX though!

On a side note, if you get a chance to see Blink live, DO IT. Killer live band.

Lock the Cashbox! Yes!

Meh on Blink-182. I'll give them a listen, but nothing of theirs really impresses me sound wise, and the guitar charts aren't that exciting usually.

Yes, actually excited for the new Blink coming. Hadn't heard the other 2 songs and I may just get the entire pack. A shame Heart's All Gone isn't on it. Would have been fun drums/bass. Maybe some other time, outside of a pack.

Needs more Dog Song. =/

But this is the third week in a row where I'll be buying some DLC. I haven't bought DLC regularly since....RB2.

I detest pop punk with a passion, and nasally whiny vocals. So Blink is most likely going to be a pass for me, have to wait and see the drum charts I guess.

The Clash on the other hand, I always love my classic punk.

I hope you like stupidly fast drumming.

Not complex in the slightest, but for the average player like me, songs like this just make me keel over dead 10 seconds in.

Got everything this week and I don't regret it. Amazingly fun on all instruments, though Stay Together for the Kids won't put too much strain on anyone. And how Rock the Casbah is tier 2 on guitar is beyond me when it's easily tier 0.
