|
|
So, after experiencing the hell that was the I love rock 'N Roll challenge, that brought me to a question... Are those Scores considered Legitimate?
I already know supporting statements for both answers:
Yes: It's on the leader board, and you earned the score.
No: It's a teamwork thing, and not "fair"
Your opinion?
And If your wondering, this is an example of the glitching:
When a player fails, All OD Depletion stops, and Can be used later
Oh, and thank you eddaket for showing me this glitch. :P

Pretty sure i remember JCirri posting that these scores would be considered cheating and removed if found. _________________

Harmonix should implement a system where when a player fails that score won't count. Seems like the easiest way to stop something like this.
Hopefully it gets fixed in a patch. Really sucks for people who actually path/play their best and then gets beaten by something like this. |

Well what the hell did you do? Without grabbing another guitar, I couldn't get anymore points. |

we both used bass lol. Iggy said he just failed 4 times, once before the unison, and i came up with some weird harder method to hit the unison on both bass and guitar at the same time <_< _________________

Fuck. I didn't even think of having bass fail before the unison. I tried to get both to hit and I couldn't I tried adding in bass after the unison, but then it doesn't fail out. Lkjshdgfsd |

Here is my path, after many changes
http://hpics.li/23d5199
Nice played everyone! It was really short, and Joe surprised me 10 minutes before the end of the battle. I had to squeeze the hell out of it again.
Turned out his path was worth only some points less ! (like 4-10 pts)

Not to disappoint you or anything, but...
Quote: | The Battle is open to one person bands where the band member is at least 14 years of age or older and
is legal resident of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia |
Nicely played to all though. I'll take the $40 (or $50 if Iggy can't win). Damn Joe though. I was owning til he showed up |

Oh fuck me, I forgot about all this fail path stuff. Iggy, I R disappoint. You can't win so you should have helped your American buddy out! (joking, no worries man lol)
I'm silly for forgetting about fail paths...I submitted the 4th solo optimal score so I was thinking I would win something. Errr durrr. Pity MSP will be accepted in any way shape or form including but not limited to points cards, cash, and sexual favors.
I never win any of these things. It's probably because I'm wicked dumb. *pouts*
That being said, great job to all the competitors, looks like it must have been pretty tough to execute those crazy paths! _________________

Don't worry about that, it's fixed.
And I had the best score the whole sunday but I played it as a song and not as a setlist (I was stupid) and this morning
I figured out you have to play the battle setlist so it would send the score
Now we have 12 scores above optimal, haha _________________
