Unless chords are still worth more than regular notes? Interesting to find out _________________

No joke, that looks REALLY fun, I wish there was a way I could plug my made-in-Mexico Stratocaster into the game and not have to buy one of their pro guitars (which I don't play on doing).
I will play along to youtube videos though. _________________

WANT.
The chord name on the left comes in pretty handy, you can see there's a lot of Em at the start, and a lot of the song is C-F-G. You could probably BS through a lot of song verses / choruses if you know basic chords and power chords just from the names, but you would still have to learn the solos. _________________

Not 100% positive but I think it's up and down strumming. _________________

Does the game demand exact accuracy with regards to the white bar that shows which notes of the chord to strum? The intro, for example: do you break combo for strumming any more than the EAD strings on the downstrums and the GBE on the upstrums?
And what exactly do the shiny blue bars that show up before a chord transition represent? |

Just tried playing along with it, and it's incredible. Expert is way too fast right now, but I was able to play the outro quite well as long as it didn't shift strings too rapidly, and the chord names beside the fretboard helped a LOT. If someone posted all four difficulties of each song I could seriously see it improving my guitar playing - without buying a pro controller.
Question for those who own RB3 - is it possible to view the pro guitar chart in-game without having the controller? _________________

Not 100% positive but I think it's up and down strumming. |
It seems like those are notes that are emphasized... _________________

I imagine on easier difficulties those will be the only chords displayed. _________________
