First off, major props for getting this mass of chaotic coding up and running. I've had three waves worth of scores waiting for this moment to go up. (For some reason I felt I needed to start on Medium instead of Hard on this one. Heh. *THAT* was unnecessary, in retrospect.)

Are you talking about whether to make DLC its own sub-category? Because, as I'm sure you know, all the actual tier levels can be found via the Leaderboards, and that's also the only accurate way to get Bass rankings for the few that differ from the Guitar.
Along those lines, a number of the songs on the Bass scores are mis-levelled, most of them being the bonus songs. (On line leaderboard Sort Via Difficulty by Bass gives you the 'true' values.)
But since you only really select them via Quickplay - and that sorts by the Guitar rankings anyway - I guess it makes sense the way that it is. Even if "Timmy" is only a Moderate song on Bass, for example, most people wouldn't expect it to be there when entering their score ...
Bass Heroes will be few and far between, I fear, so it's hardly the most important issue to ponder. |

I counter that with the fact that a separate High Score tier for DLC will encourage people to buy more DLC, and that will make Rock Band happy with scorehero and thank us in the credits for the sequel.
I'd just do one overall 'high score for DLC' tier, though - no reason to group them separately, especially when half of the Guitar/Bass ones are "3s" anyway. You'll still have individual high scores per song tracking, anyway.
And I'll see your "Ever Fallen In Love" and raise you with personal pet peeve that I gripe about too much, "Bang a Gong."
By the end of today, there should only be three songs left that I haven't 5*-ed yet on Expert, and two of them I can't even CLEAR. The other is this stupid "Tier 4" chord-fest. |

IMO, we should do DLC how we did it in GH. Make it not count overall, but here, we should tier it according to the list thingy. Or at least packs. _________________
