Well, I say we start this rivalry maybe when leagues start? I'll be signed up for drum expert league too, so that way I'll keep working on both my N00b goals. Also, my wife just had surgery Monday so I'm in and out of the hospital all week. I just got to play Green Day at 9pm last night, lol.
So, next Monday sound good to you to start? _________________

I'd be up for this. I'm so rusty at guitar at the moment, but I'm not exactly amazing. To give you an idea of my level, I have very, very few FCs (I've never gone for them consciously) and I haven't golded many at all of the disc songs that I know of.
I rarely play bass, but I assume I can pass most if not all of the setlist. I've only ever passed Visions twice on guitar lol, I was really lucky the second time around... I did the ES2 for the first time (was going for Bladder of Steel simultaneously) and when it got to Visions I was just shaking and managed to luck my way through it).
So yeah... count me in for this! _________________

Bump for OP updated. Lets get this thing going... I've started my crappy progress. lol @ FC with no golds on Float On for me. Pathing, I think, will prove most useful for this particular rivalry due to high freaking gold star cutoffs on bass songs. _________________

To clarify this is purely RB2 on-disc songs right? And we're racing to 80 5's, etc.? _________________

Asphyx1ated: Yes, 80 5's or 70 golds or 60 FCs. I figured any of those 3 criteria would be fine to race to. We can up the requirements if any of those are too easy for any of us(I certainly won't be reaching any of those goals very quickly). And I'm leaving it to on disc so that none of us has to buy any songs. I could run a DLC rivalry with you maybe later if you like
doobers: Sure, I guess. But I figured this is a build-your-own-skill kind of rivalry, so we'll trust in your word(unless it's a ridiculous FC or gold star, maybe like Visions or something when you can't even 5 star I Was Wrong). _________________

No worries, I haven't played any of the on-disc songs properly in a long time so it's like SRing again :P
I did a few songs earlier. Some certainly disappointing results. I'll post them up in a bit. _________________

Stupid mistakes... haven't played the song in so long. I think this score highlights my inability to path (I've never tried lol).
Silly, silly mistakes.
Choked in the solo and then through frustration once or twice after it, too.

doobers: No, but a submitted score would help or pic.
Also, would it be too much trouble to ask you guys to submit scores to scorehero? Unless they interfere with a league you're in of course. It would just help to keep track of this stuff and also, doobers, I can't tell on those pics which songs are gold stars and which are 5's. _________________

I must be missing something then. I can't find any of your scores on scorehero. Are you uploading them to RB2>PS3>Bass>Expert?
I honestly have no idea where your scores are. _________________
