Are some of these the first RB3-era DLC songs to be officially pulled from the store, or am I forgetting something?

Yep, these are the first RB3 era songs to be pulled, in line with the 5 year length of licensing. So (roughly) everything else released up to the end of December 2010 is now safe.

Sturm and Drang is a great industrial metal song, if that's the sort of thig you'd want. Also interestingly is a very easy option for the RB4 triple harmonies achievement.

Also a reminder that Jerk It Out has a Pro upgrade, which you will not be able to obtain after the song is pulled

Jerk It Out and Dearest (I'm So Sorry) are personal favorites, so a shame they're being pulled. I'll have to relisten to the rest; I don't recall any of them sounding particularly interesting, but I guess I should make sure before they're gone.
