Oh...I didnt know I had to have my controller plugged up. Do I connect the mic to the controller?

Could you explain a little? I would like to know how the mic is set up myself.

Sure...
first you need to plug your mic up into the usb hub. Then turn on your controller, the two should be connected to the same port (I guess you dont have a choice but to have a wireless controller). You navigate the menus with the controller and use the mic once your in game
