Me and strike found out that if I changed my video settings I would run on 60hz giving me the NTSC strum limit. I have done a few things like FC ggaht strumming a few times and a mlw outro FC but this is ridiculous O_o

Great job man, ive been trying for a RttH fc too, but the Y-B trill bit keeps screwing me over which is pissing me off, ive fcd the solo in a real run once, but it was a pretty poor run overall
Also, i can see you getting the AJFA solo pretty soon, ive hit the solo once in practice out of the blue, and anything i can hit im suuure you can, but yeah RTL is rough, those freaking quads blow my damn mind, i could get an FC out of the quads, but i would need a lucky run

Damn, congrats ukog. Yeah the release date for the game over there is a bit long, especially for the price being so large too. But hope to see some vids or something later. Get Ride the Lightning .
Edit: I'm on the PS2, so I hafta wait for the track pack, BUT, The Kill is going to be my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE song on it and ever. I'm going to out-play that song well after I have optimal on every instrument .

Mopp - I'll happily coop with anyone so hit me up with a pm with more detail.
thedevilsreject - I fc the start of RTL solo almost all the time but I miss randomly in the rest if it, I just suck at medium/slow solos. I cant keep my fretting speed consistent enough for the timing window. This is why I'm good at gh3, big timing window FTW.
el1t3v1rus - The Kill is my favorite song too, I'll happily play it on my death bed lol.

How do you hit the start of the solo if you dont mind me asking, i can hit it using 1-2-3-4 on 90% reasonably often but cant get it down on full speed, whereas i find im more inconsistent but have a higher top % when i use 1-2-3 and slide. As for the slow stuff, have you tried using the towel trick, i find that helps me a lot with mid tempo solos like electric eye and of course the end of the RTL solo, it doesnt work for everyone but you should give it a try if you havent
Also i have actually played with you on rockband before, i was the god awful vocalist when me you and kingofjc played, im just glad my vox ability doesnt reflecton on my guitar ability

I just use the bog standard 1,2,3,4 method. To keep more consistent I tend to sort of roll me hand side to side so see if that works.
I used the towel for a bit when I first got it but it fell down the back of the TV and I couldn't be arsed getting it lol. I might just root that towel back out and see how I do on them solos. Thanks for the suggestion man!

Hey Ukog.. First off, congrats on your accomplishments thus far, incredible!!! Eccentricmeat - I might get Blackened eventually, I just didn't get it because it was my least favorite of the 3 and I could only afford 2. The solo in Blackened seems easy though LOL JOKE! I'll have a game whenever you are free
GesterX - Out of all the songs in the game GGAHT has got to be my least favorite. It just seems like a longer, duller and less epic version of FreeBird. I probably will grind it out some day though and try for a good score but my best so far is 470k ish on my sightread, which was gold stars?!?!? I missed loads |

Thanks for the tip with the hand rolling, it helps with the timing i think, ive improved a small amount, also how can you not like GG&HT 
Oh and you guys stay up rediculously late, i dont get how you can do so well when you are up till near 4 in the morning
-- do you have any space on your live friends list, i wouldnt mind adding you if you have some spare slots
