Where to get a video capture device that works for ustream

Hi. I'm looking for a video capture device that works for u-stream. I was thinking of one in the 30 dollar range. So my questions are where should I get one and what quality will it be if I buy one for $30. Thank you.

Get an eyetoy. Really cheap webcam for high quality. Google "How to use eyetoy as webcam"
