Yaaaaaaaaaay! <3 I Get By

I'll hopefully get the Guitar FC finally, Bass should be easy, drums... eh, and vocals should be an FC outside of that weird "alliteration poetic tricks" part.

EDIT: Bah. I barely spent any time on any of these, so all my scores suck .

I didn't spend much time on it, either. I bought a PS3 midweek, so aside from going back to the 2 on Saturday morning to get a quick drum score, I got all my scores before Tuesday.

Will probably spend a bit more time on it this week, though, since WGFA is one of my faves on the whole game.

I suspect we will have dwindled down even further in numbers by the end of this week. Bets on final number of participants?

I'm guessing 8 or 9... if we're lucky.

I'm curious to see how playoffs will work. We just play a random instrument?

I'm pretty sure it will still be all 4 parts, perhaps for combined score?

You know, that's something I hadn't thought of at all. That's probably the fairest way to do it, but it still means that whoever's better at the instrument that gets the most points is pretty much going to win.

I'm still trying to cement how it will work for sure, but this is a likely scenario.

The problem with having playoffs that combine all four instruments is that while all the other leagues have one playoff song, we effectively have four. The problem with having playoffs that have one instrument at a time is that it gives an unfair advantage to players who excel at that instrument even if they suck at the others.

Incidentally, I'm now going to play WGFA and suck terribly at it .

Vocals is the only thing I'm really happy with this week. I only got in one run on bass and two on lead, and I can only play this one on medium drums. Oh, well.

Maybe since there's so few of us left, we'll all be in the playoffs?

I'm hoping I can still be in the playoffs even though I didn't submit a Vocal score this week. I still managed to get the most points this week.

Vasoline! This should be fun! I'm really surprised I did so well in this league. I lost second place by TWO POINTS, which is a little disappointing, but it's still way better than I expected at the beginning of the season. Playoffs are go!

Making the playoffs last a week instead of a half-week was a great idea, commishes.
