Anyone else find it funny that none of the 3 songs in the classic rock pack are actually listed under the classic rock genre in game?
Anyway, all 4 songs are great this week.
-Call Me brings a fun poppy song that everyone seems to know
-Message in a Bottle brings another extremely well known song, and almost undisputed classic to the game.
-Simple Man is quite simply an incredible song. The guitar riff is one of the best ever, and the vocals are just moving quite frankly (and fun to sing)
And Saints of Los Angeles is loud, fast, fun, for only a $1.
After 2 weeks of slow DLC, this is like a Thank You (for waiting) gift from HMX.
PS: The only real complainst I have are the slow guitar on Call Me, and slow drums on Simple Man. Otherwise it is a great week to be playing RB. _________________

Wow, great pack. Especially "Simple Man" probably my all-time favorite Skynyrd song. |

Play the RB and GH2 side by side. Harmonix ripped off its own chart! Well at least the verse...
Either Rock Band added a couple of notes or GH2 dropped some. A couple of times I had to pause the RB version to let GH2 catch up. |

Still would of rather seen Shooting Star over Call Me, but my buddy for some reason loves to sing Call Me as loud as possible...... |

this makes me really not want the song anymore, i loved playing that solo in gh2 |
wasn't the song in GH2 a cover? That would explain the solo in the end |
