I can't register a new account

trying to register a new account for my friend, evry time i press register button the fields clear

whast the heck is going on?

you might not have filled the fields right, or you typed something wrong.

I just registered and had similar issues. I got around them by registering on the main Score Hero page. The Rock Band specific registration page appears to be broken in some way.

Have your friend head over to the main page to register for the time being.
