Why is he the ONLY person with this magazine? |
Guess we'll find out in a couple of weeks when the magazine actually hits shelves... That list is pretty awesome, though. The NIN pack would be great (Perfect Drug drums =), and I'll definitely at least be picking up the Police, Metallica, and Skynyrd as well. |

I have even more pics up for more proof.

The crossed out parts have my address on them. Had to re upload the pics.
More info, I didn't put this on GameFAQs-
GOTY awards are in this issue. Rock Band wins. I was surprised by this as much as the next guy. Personally, I expected Mass Effect or Halo 3 to win, but they said they couldn't get enough of it and that HMX is doing great on keeping their fans happy. I agree.
Huge preview in this issue- covers a lot of games for 2008. Looks to be another solid year.
Anyway- If there is ANYONE who still thinks I am making this up, I urge you to wait your two weeks until this hits shelves. Again, I have no clue why I got this issue early. I have no insider info, I don't know the February DLC list, and I don't work for OXM. I'm fucking 14 years old.
Any other questions, post them here or in my thread on GameFAQs. _________________

This should be enough proof anyways; there's gotta be a reason OXM is getting all this exclusivity and perhaps that explains it |

I personally have had no desire to see more metal in RB, but I know that many of my RL friends who play have complained about the lack of metal, so it's a good thing. It's called the "thrash" pack - I wonder if it'll just go under "Metal"?
My main concern with this month is that it's more of the artists we already have, instead of new ones. With the obvious exception of the entire thrash pack, Bad Company is the only new artist for the entire month. That said, the new songs from the bands we already have are AMAZING (MIAB? Wrathchild? Simple Man?). For whatever reason, all of the casual players I know whore out MIAB on GH2. And now it's a master! |

more NIN and more Skynerd is alright on my book, I haven't heard some of the trash stuff so I'll check it out when it does come out.
About the people bitching as always in the DLC threads, just don't buy it, stop moaning because you don't like it, they have to have stuff for everyone. |

This could be the best month of DLC yet. It's like HMX can hear my brain waves, I have had Fuel and Wrathchild stuck in my head for days ( maybe I can just sense whats coming...spoooooky). And to top off those craving they round out the PACK, I might add, with more Sabbath. Unfortunately I have to wait ~2 months for that awesome win juice. But I have been needing some NIN and Simple Man. I need to listen to the Thrash songs and Shooting Star (to see if it's what I think it is) but this could be the first month in which I buy every single song released.
Great job HMX, keep creating happiness!!! _________________

sorry, but hard drum charts = win in my book. |
Yeah, I think it is great that we're getting some variety. More Police/Metallica/NIN is AWESOME, and the thrash metal pack sounds like it will be a good challenge at the very least. _________________
