Ok. I'm just trying to help everyone out as best as I can. I'm a good member here at scorehero, and I hope that it stays that way. Check out the glovepie forums to see if there is any help if that bugs you. I have no idea why it doesn't work.

Use my new script for glovepie for the rock band guitars for 360, and use the whammy bar as a button, and just set all of the controls in the game with the guitar itself.

So your saying I don't need to use JoyToKey? If I don't have it running my guitar doesnt work. What key should the whammy bar be set to? All my other buttons work fine. Thanks for your help!

I set my whammy bar to "V" in joy to key and also in GHIII and it works fine.

I'm really confused, Joy To Key seems to be rather fussy, when I'm setting my buttons, when I set buttons 1-5 to g r y b o, it appears that my guitar (ps3 rock band guitar) is saying the blue fret button is button 1, among many other messups such as tapping and start.

Maybe I'm just clueless on Joy To Key, I can't seem to figure it out. Can someone make a simple to follow instructions for the PS3 rock band guitar layout for Joy to Key, it's impossible figuring out what button # tapping is, my joy to key just says up/down etc. then buttons 1-34, no names. Thanks.

Nope. I'll tweak the script, and see if i can make it run better. it's starting to give me a little crap too. try the section before the solo in the song Monsters with 1/2 solo buttons and 1/2 regular buttons. When you see it, you'll know what I mean. Let me know how that goes. That will work great for me.

Ok, so I'm not sure if this is what you want me to do, but in the control panel, in Game Controllers, this is what it gives me when i hit buttons:
(I'm using the PS3 Rock Band Controller)

Button 1: Blue
Button 2: Green
Button 3: Red
Button 4: Yellow
Button 5: Orange
Button 6: Starpower (Tilt)
Button 7: Used for the solo buttons (In conjunction with the other buttons)
Button 8: ?
Button 9: Select
Button 10: Start
Z Axis: Whammy Bar
Z Rotation: Effects Thing

I can't get my Start/select buttons to work, and my whammy bar. Any help?
What else do you need for the PS3 rock band controller?

Thanks alot!
I'll try it out now, and i'll see how it works.

Edit: Everything works great, except for the tilt (starpower) and the whammy bar. Can't set anything in the options in the game. (won't put a button when i hit it or whatever)

I fixed the tilt sensor, but make sure that you use the configure for the controller in where you see the buttons light up. It makes the whammy and the selector switch go from 0-100% not partial way in between. if you do that and it doesn't work, let me know. Make sure you update your script with my new one. All I did is add another line at the WAY bottom, but you can just re copy the whole thing and it'll work.

Um I'm not quite sure what you mean, the window in the Windows control panel or in the game? I did it in the control panel, pushed all the buttons, but I don't think that's what you meant...? Tilt function works now though

In where you push the buttons, there are 2 tabs. Test (the one that you see the buttons flash in) and settings. Click settings. Then click calibrate and follow directions in there. It's pretty easy. I'll make a viv of me doing it if you REALLY need it. Just let me know.
