I may have found a new way to resign DLC for RB and GH3

ok brace with me for this,
I used to mod Halo 2 maps for fun and I was playing with the tools and i foind the XBox Game Save Re-Signer I opened it, agreed to all of the licences, set the game to Halo 2 and opened a RB song and it gave me the key D4B03874B44C747CB5D67184E2589729E62ABE2C
This made me start thinking, the tools are in the UMPv5 Pack from http://www.se7ensins.com/

Sorry to seem like a n00b (I am one for modding) but... what does this mean? Is it a way to get custom content onto the OXM disc and have it be considered "legit"?

Not yet but i have some friends helping out with it,so we are spending quite a bit of time. Remember once we get the code cracked we still need to find the audio formats and such.
