If you just spent 5 hours straight in front of the TV playing video games, then your hand might be the least of your worries. (Not making a wisecrack here, even though it sounds like one)
You definitely want to get up and walk away from the game for at least a half hour by that point. Eye strain can cause some real problems after that kind of time concentrating on a video game over a period of time. I ran into similar problems and started to get real bad headaches and such. Now I tend to stop and take a break if I have been playing for a couple of hours and it has all cleared up. |
