Help getting a particular pattern down

Im curious if theres a term for this kind of pattern with pedal on most of the blue notes.

Secondly, that exact one is featured in Subdivisions by Rush, but you also see it some in Spirit of the Radio and prominently in YYZ. Besides just keep practicing is there any songs to your knowledge that feature this kind of pattern but maybe a little slower that can also help me get it down better?
