We have another two artists bringing tracks to the Rock Band Music Library for the first time next week!
Ranked as one of VH1s Greatest 100 Songs of the 80s, Twisted Sisters Were Not Gonna Take It is a killer addition to the Rock Band Music Library. The track features a very active bassline with lots of fret jumping. Drummers warm up those legs: there are a lot of kicks in this one. Its the perfect way to kick off your next Rock Band party. Dont forget the blue eyeshadow and lots of hairspray.
Warrants hit Cherry Pie joins the Rock Band Library this week. The track hit the top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 and the top 20 on the Mainstream Rock Tracks chart. If youre attempting to re-create the iconic music video at home, first: dont play Rock Band in roller skates. Second, note that the songs vocals are more challenging than you might expect a huge range, plus dynamic harmonies. Fans of the music video will recognize the quick camera cuts from band member to band member in the gameplay. Guitarists, get ready for the great shreddy guitar solo.
