Will RB4 support DLC removed pre-release?

So, regarding Rock Band DLC that was removed before the release of Rock Band 4 will they eventually be playable in RB4?

The ones whose licenses expired? I would consider that unlikely.

HMX has said that once they sort out issues with currently purchasable content and the exports, they're going to do their best to make sure that owners of pulled content can play that content in RB4, though it will remain impossible to purchase.

There was a brief period before the game's release where owners of pulled content COULD pick up said content, and it is perfectly functional in-game. Example.

They have stated definitively that everything you've purchased previously will eventually be playable in RB4.

Exceptions - items excluded from exports (ie Battery in RB2) and RBN. RBN's fate is undecided but the common assumption is that we will probably eventually get some or all of the tracks that were sold on PSN. The 360 tracks are less likely, and resumption of RBN development has all but been ruled out.
