I've updated the OP to make it a bit more organized.
That said, could people from now on instead of updating their post, post a new message? That way it's easier for me to keep track of it all. I'll update RB4 DLC only songs later _________________

Wow, three long years since I last logged in... It's great to see familiar faces (names?) still here. My life was missing a bit of Rock Band magic in it |

Thanks to everyone for posting and keeping the interest in Rock Band alive
Here's a couple from me:
My Own Eyes: 4/, 3/ESF
September: 3/sk1, 2/sk2, 2 (last activation could also be 2/sk3) |

Dream Genie: 2/DOD-ESF, 3/DOD-sk1-ESF
Not sure if I'm annotating that 2nd activation correctly. Basically, activate OD before the 3rd 'yeah'. |

I think Bill's path for Turn It Around should be notated:
3/sk3-ESF, 3/sk2-ESF
Also not sure if 3/sk2-RS, 4/sk2-ESF isn't a little better? _________________

Lazaretto: AI
104,304 with this path compared to 102k with the other. |

Oh.. I messed up the Lazaretto notation. It's supposed to be 3/sk3-ESF. That will give you more than AI's +304 if done right. |

Updated with new dlc and paths
Only 8 more paths for on disk are empty!
Also isn't Lazzaretto 3/sk3-ESF-AS? _________________

Also isn't Lazzaretto 3/sk3-ESF-AS? | DLC is going to be in the other thread, we usually just keep on-disc separate. I guess it works to keep it here for now though since it's not over there yet. _________________

No. AS isn't needed.
Also... 2/sk1, 3/sk2-ES, 2/ is the better path for Fever. 3/DOD-ESF, 2/ is the better path for Passage To Bangkok. |

Light the Fuse: 2/, 2/, 3/sk1.
Prayer: 2/, 3/BOD.
What's Up: 3/, 2/sk1-ESF, 2/, 2/sk1-ESF.
This one is a minor nitpick, but for Centuries, a better path would be 3/DOD-ESF, 2/, 4/ESF. Both can achieve 262k, but I find that the last activation being 4/ESF makes it way easier. |

Noted.

I've tried at least 20 times and I keep missing that OD extention. I've even got full points but no dice. Any tips except for activate late?

It sounds like you're activating too early a window - using 3/sk2-ESF instead. The activation is supposed to happen right before the "out of coffee and cotton" phrase. |
