Probably not? According to the store all three are listed as having a zero-dot guitar, but I can also see YYZ has zero-dot vocals, which tells me they don't have a no-part listing for whatever reason.

I can confirm that they do have a "no part" section when you sort by difficulty; and songs correctly sort into that section. |

Don't know about PS4, but there have been problems with legacy DLC on Xbox One. A lot of songs I know I bought are showing up in the main menu as saying I haven't purchased them. Luckily you can click on the song like you're going to buy it and it'll then come up as saying you've purchased it. An annoyance, but at least I can download the songs I've bought.
I've heard of issues still existing with a lot of free or promo songs though.

Yeah, that's what happened on Rocksmith, too. Highly, highly annoying.
