This problem has finally been resolved.
After charting this song from scratch four separate times, I've found a solution and have managed to keep new tracks from becoming bugged/broken.
As such - let me introduce my custom's page. All songs come with mp3 downloads because they are my personal compositions. They should require no offset or syncing. I think you will enjoy them!

For those programs that do see it, when you have them browse for a file to open and it shows the ones you're looking for, right click on one of them and select properties and Windows will tell you where the file is located. |

Browse to the folder in question and look at its properties. Windows should say how many files are there even if they're hidden. Otherwise it's hard to say what the issue may be. |

I think the default save location is in your /Users/<username>/AppData/Feedback/ folder, or something to that effect. It's been a few months since I messed around with it.
Otherwise, you may be able to right-click the file and select properties using the programs file browser, but I don't think they use the windows browser. This has got to be frustrating, wish I had more for you. |

Sounds like something unusual is going on there. Screen captures may help us notice something, otherwise I can't even be sure Windows explorer and Chart2Mid were displaying the same folder. |
