I'm going to say High Voltage. So many people are going to disagree with me (and considering my rep...), but I got much closer to FCing Gtr Solo 2C of HV than Gtr Intro of HtH. And yes, I did take in to account the longer anticipation of the "hard parts."

Dude, no offense or anything, but if you can't even hit either section, then maybe you're not in the best place to judge overall FC difficulty on them. Don't just vote for voting's sake...

There's nothing saying that you have to be able to hit it to vote. If you can -3 or -4 a really hard part in one song but come nowhere close to another with the same body of work on each, it's pretty clear which one is easier for you, and as a community we optimally want to gauge it as someone who can come close to FCing the song. I don't plan on FCing either of these soon, but I can tell based on my developed skill sets so far and work on the songs that High Voltage is easier for me. I guess it's a matter of opinion though.
