We need to FB Head Like a Hole and Bled to be Free soon. I can FC guitar on Bled to be Free, and I can do Bass on Head.

Bump 6/20/14

Hi.

It's been a little while, but I've still been playing, I've just not been able to accomplish many new FCs (in the series at least) but I have gotten 2 new FCs and 1 new 100% overhit since the last bump.

FC 517: Painkiller. 5 outro chokes on this one, one was 10 notes from the end.
FC 518: The Age of Betrayal (1st ever Pro Drums FC) Apparently this is 2nd ever (iHomer got the 1st FC) and 1st ever on pro! Bought this song because Dykstein420 said it was hard. I then FC'd it, hehe. It was fun though.

Notable 100% Overhit #1: Magic Bus (Live at Leeds).

ugh.

I've been grinding this song on and off since January, and it continues to find its own ways of becoming a bigger and bigger pain. In January, when I was grinding it non-stop, I got an Outro B choke. Expected, but frustrating. Then, a little while later, I got -1 in the fast bass part and then FC'd the whole ending. I then quit playing the song for 5 months.

I come back to the song for the lols. I go into practice, and sure enough, within a few tries, I FC the entire outro. The video is on my channel. So I start to do runs.

A few -2s. (stuff to be expected, and although frustrating, not too irritating) but then I get 100%.

Now, normally, 100% is good. But not when it's an overhit.
Actually, this was 2 overhits, but the score ended up being like 20k below an FC score because I overhit in a unison. The video is on my channel. Anyway, I haven't played it since but I might go back again to finish off this song once and for all.

Also, I never added them in, but I have 2 pro bass FCs:

FC 1: I Love Rock N' Roll. Not too hard.
FC 2: Imagine. The FC everyone gets.

Other stuff:
We Are the Nightmare 5 star
RB3 Bass up to 79/83
RB3 Keytar up to 50/63
Spinning Wheel Outro C FC on 90% speed
Run to the Hills and Visions GS. Full Series GS.
Finally broke 300k on Guns of Summer. 301,000 points.
Got 347k on Magic Bus, about 2k under gladiators16's FC score. (a -2 run)
Bought Farewell Mona Lisa and The Age of Betrayal. #1 on Age of Betrayal for regular and pro drums.

Bump 6/24/14

Hi again.
As you probably know, I'm not very good at vocals. However....

Since the last update I have gotten a lot better at it

I have gotten the following expert vocals FCs:

FC 12: Caught in a Mosh
FC 13: Whip It (OMBFC!)
FC 14: Timmy & The Lords of the Underworld (OMBFC!)
FC 15: Give it Away
FC 16: Llama (ONE MAN BAND FRICKIN' FC!)
These all took some work, however, except for Give it Away, which I got lucky and FC'd first try :D

So yeah, Llama and Timmy are my best OMBFCs now

Also brings my OMBFC total to 7! :D

I still suck at vocals... but I suck MUCH less now. I came close to FCing False Alarm, Imagine, and No One Knows on vocals too, so I might be at 10/83 for RB3 vocals soon.

Next up, some minor work on my Bass and Keytar RB3 progress.

Bass: 81/83.

Unfortunately, since the last update my beatles guitar's strum bar has become less functional and sometimes just decides to not register a strum. So for now I'm using my other 2 guitars: a crappy 3rd party one that works perfectly fine, but the buttons are hard to push, and a RB2 guitar with a green button that barely works (so I use the solo buttons)

Hopefully I can get used to the other guitars quickly and finish off the FGFCs, then see how far into RB3 guitar I can get (probably not much more than 70, but I'll try my best to get the FGFC on that too) and maybe by then I will be able to master vocals. :)

Oh yeah, and nothing new on drums, haven't been playing them much. I'm trying to get RB3 Bass and Keytar done.

Here's my progress on the RB3 OMBFGFC, as of June 24th:

Drums: 83/83. FGFC!
Guitar: at least 20/82 (haven't counted or put much work it)
Bass: 81/83. FGFC soon.
Keytar: 57/63. FGFC soon, hopefully.
Vocals: 4/83. This is obviously the big obstacle for me. Hopefully I can pull through.

I used to suck at vocals too and then I got good at them. What I did was start on the hardest vocals game, TB:RB (imo), and worked my way down to blitz. Like other instruments it just takes practice. Make use of the practice feature on RB3. It helps a lot, and in the pre-RB3 days people didn't even have it. I don't see how they made it work. :-|

Also congrats on Llama OMBFC. Can't see myself doing any instrument on that song except for maybe vocals. I got lucky once on bass and managed to FC it from lots of grinding. :p

I haven't posted in my accomplishments thread in a long time, and honestly, it always looked kind of long and stupid. So I cut out a lot of stuff today. Because I FC'd Magic Bus on Pro Drums 2 days ago, I figured it would be a decent time to revive this thread. So yeah. Completely redesigned thread, and it's less cluttered. It's short and to the point, which is nice. I'll get banners sorted out another time.
