"Rock n Roll Star" by Oasis in RB3?

Just like the title suggests, did somebody manage to bring back this track?
Rock n Roll Star is one of those rare instances that even though a DLC, it doesn't show up in RB3 (license obstacle).
Did someone figure out a fix for this?

Yes, but it requires tampering with the contents of the original LIVE package and rebuilding as a CON, and can't be used under TU5.

As such I'm not sure if we'll risk bringing down The Law on these boards by discussing it. ;)
