Hey'all. I would really appreciate if you guys could help me out here.
I'm looking for a good monitor or HDTV to hook up my Xbox to and play RB3.
I've heard that some lucky guys never even had to calibrate their monitors/HDTVs and that's what I'm looking for really.
I know a guy that bought a Sony Bravia 3D LCD 40" that have a game mode, and he never had to calibrate it (this is a very good player, he fc'd "There was a time by Guns N Roses on guitar along with Satch Boogie in RB3) but this tv-model is out of stock since a long time
Please give me some advice, anything would help me really, I'm sick of not getting that spotless calibration that I had in RB2. And yes, I've seen Tommy Guns calibration vid, I know how all that stuff works, thing is that you can't adjust the ms less than 5. If you could adjust it with 1ms a time it would'nt be a problem. Thing is, I don't wanna have to calibrate at all, any calibration adjusting feels like it's not quite right.
Example: I play a very hard solo, and know how to hit the sections, but I miss when there's a lot of notes per second. It would'nt be a miss if the calibration was perfect (like 3ms less or more).
I want it 0ms in video, that's it. Audio is no problem, I hook it up directly to my speakers. I can't really understand why RB3 would be so different than RB2. 0ms was really spot on when playing it, along with all GH games |
