Dang, I was kinda hoping for something more interesting this week. Oh well.

I thought Kung Fu Fighting would actually frustrate me to no end because charts like that I generally can't alt-strum very well at all, but instead I FCed it second try downstrumming the whole thing, so yay for me? Probably should've at least made an attempt to figure out a path for Go Your Own Way rather than just take my first try FC score, but otherwise I'm pretty happy with how I went on the whole for week one. 5th is a decent starting point to build on me thinks.

I'd love to say that Joe clean sweeping was a surprise to me, but I'm really not (and not just because XBL all but confirmed that a couple days ago

).

Wow I'm surprised about how well I did this week considering how shitty my kung fu fighting score was. Good start considering I haven't played rock band seriously in about 4 years.

And congrats to ProfessorJoe for being just as good at optimizing scores as I remember from competing against him in the bass leagues four years ago

Wow 3rd place. I expected to be more around 10th. I'll take it for now, but expect me to plummet in meteoric fashion. It's clear here, though, that one person outpaths/outsqueezes the rest of us...GL to everyone gunning for Joe haha.

Got lucky with Kung Fu Fighting. Go your own way i repathed like 5 times to get that score. Wasn't as straight forward of a path as i thought it was going to be. Didn't think i was going to win our truth. That song frustrated me to no end, and it had nothing to do with the trills

As for Today, it appears my theory was correct. Everyone used the activation that made the most sense, but moving it back a measure and squeezing a single note instead of ticks provided more points.
